Update on my life

  I know I haven't been writing for a long time but we have been so busy with things that I've had to put some things on hold. so first things first, I am in competitive cheer! I know what your thinking. how on earth did she decide to do this. Well, my friend actually wanted me to do it so I gave it a try and it turns out that I actually like it. Yesterday we had our first cheer competition. We came first in round 2. ( we only do a round 2 and 3.) We didn't get so lucky in our third round though. When we went up in one of our stunts, our flyer fell and hit the mat hard. She's ok though. She didn't break anything or damage her head....thank god. We came in fourth place out of five teams. Not bad for our first competition. Oh I forgot to mention that I am a flyer as well. Its pretty fun but scary sometimes to.
  Austin is in basketball as is Johnny. Johnny's like Austin's mini me. Moms at a basketball game so I have to pass the time some how. I am in a writing club to improve my writing skills. I am writing a story too. its about a girl who gets hit by a car late one night after she left a party without her boyfriend and looses the ability of her legs and she has to try to get through life with all of these difficult challenges. I think I'm going to call it "A Walk To Remember."
  My uncle Mike and aunt Katie had their baby on 12/13/14! the best date ever. his name is Benjamin Lucas Atwood! I'm so excited to meet my new baby cousin! He's so cute! I hope I get to see him soon though. Its been awhile since I've talked to my uncle so I hope we get to meet our new family member.
  Christmas is just around the corner and I cant wait! this year we got a real tree. Blue Spruce. Its a good size and it looks even better with all of our beautiful decorations and Christmas lights on it. I'm wondering what I received for Christmas! I hope they are things I like!
  Unfortunately we have had a loss at our home. Our cat Goofy has passed away. Devastating. I miss him. His poofyness, he always came a cuddled with me when I was feeling down, he always knew how to make me happy. He could be a little pushy when he wanted to be pet, but he was a good cat. We still have the other four weirdos. Vixen, being the trouble maker that she always is, Peanut, being adorable and sweet, and than there is Buddy. And not, this is not the type of buddy that would ask you what your favorite color is either. This is a buddy that would rather crap anywhere he wants and chew up all of your stuff. He has a sweet side sometimes, but that side is very rare.
  So I guess that's all I have for tonight. Have to go let the puppies out to go potty. Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!

In a split second

Today started out as an awesome day but ad it progressed it got worse and worse. Me and the family went out to grandma and grandpa McDowells house today to have a cook out. After we ate, grandma sent Austin and Aaron out so Austin could learn to drive. After Austin got the hang of it, it was my turn. I started out ok. The truck was a little tricky to handle but after a bit I got the hang of it. We went back to the house to pick up a kid named damion.
Now damion had only driven a car and he could barely look over the wheel. Me and austin climbed in back. He turned on the truck and did a burn out in the yard than we took off. He went really fast down the first path. We stopped at the corner and Austin got out. We than started out way down the road. Thank god Austin got out. Damion took a sharp turn at the corner and pressed the gas. In a spit second I could see the car hit the tree. Splinters  of wood came flying towards me than I flew forward and hit the stones in the back. I got out of the car and saw damion run out holding his chest. Austin came around the corner and looked at me and told me to go get grandma Kathleen. I told damion sto stay put and started running up to the house. I saw my uncle Pat making his way towards us. I put my arms up and started waving. We crashed I had said getting closer to him.
He came up to me and looked at me arm. Blood had covered it. He told me to put pressure on it. My mom came rolling down the path. I began to cry. She quickly got out and put me in. I had napkins around my arm. I was holding my head. This day I will never forget an I learned that I should NEVER ride with a beginning driver.

Grandma Atwood

This week has been a very devastating week. My grandma has been put into the hospital due to her heart. it is said that she has to have some different surgeries due to all of her years of smoking. It is gonna be really hard for my aunts and uncle and also my mom to deal with it.
This morning, my mom woke up really early and left to the hospital. She has been staying there for hours at a time only to come back with horrible news on what happened to her. Last night she came back and told us about how she was about to collapse on the floor. She has a lot of blockage in her heart and from what I heard, it isn't getting any better. She has to get some surgery done there. My best wishes go to her. Please grandpa, bless us and her as well!

Fourth of july

Today is the 4th of July. This week I spent 5 days with my cousin Paige and 2 days with my best friend catelin. Spending time with both of them was so much fun. We are going to be watching fireworks at the Ingham county fairgrounds in mason. I can't wait to see how their fireworks will turn out this year.
I love fireworks! I love the color and the noises that some of them make. I think that fireworks can brighten up anyone's day no matter how bad of a mood their in. So today we drove all the way to Chelsea to go to a place to grab something to eat.  Too bad the place was closed so than we drove back to Jackson an stopped to eat at a wing place. My Niece is here

A Special Delivery For Scarlet And Nic McDowell

I am being informed that my niece, Maylyn, is on her way. I am so excited! My mom is waiting with my sister-in law to make sure everything is ok. She will be a beautiful baby girl and I can't wait until she comes. I bet scarlet and nic can't wait either!
I hope she comes soon so I can meet her. I know it's late but I can't go to sleep. For the first time, I will be a real aunt. Ill let you guys in on a little secret: this baby is gonna be spoiled like crazy. Dave is also excited. This is going to be his first grand baby! My mom is also excited. I told her that she is getting old since she is going to have a grand baby in just a few more hours. Did I tell you tht she was gonna be a girl. Oh I'm just so happy. Summer

It was very warm today. Austin had a baseball game against Foulerville. We beat them 10-8. There were a few times where the team had some difficulties but other than that, they played hard. Apperently there is a special bat that everybody loves. It's name is Princess. Justin Engal has decided to name it because it had gotten us alot of bases and points. My dad received a picture of all of us for Father's Day. He also recived a $20 meijer gift card.
We play Williamson Thursday. I hope we win this one too! I also hope that the weather will stay clear throughout the week. I am SO happy that we are out of school. I am kinda board and for some reason I keep thinking that I have to go to school. Idk. The house has been quiet with both mom and Dave working in the morning. Life still goes on. Later!

Grandpa Atwood

My grandpa is no here to celebrate this day with us. He will be forever held close to our hearts. I would like to wish him a Happy Grandfathers day. I know that all of my siblings wish to do the same. (Maybe).  Although I was only with him for a few years, I still love him. When he left he took a part from us that we truly miss. We all love and miss you grandpa!

The school year will be over in two days! I can't believe it! It seems like yesterday I was half way through. Tomorrow I am leaving to my school field trip, CRAIG'S CRUISERS! I can't wait! Austin's going to Ohio for his school field trip to cedar point. Wish I was going there. Some incidents have come up in the family but we are dealing with them in our own ways. Austin has now started playing baseball and I happen to be interested in one of his teammates. Lol. Jonathon is also in baseball. Copycatter! Hope that it doesn't rain tomorrow! That would be bad.
I am going to start for my moms friend. I am so excited! I haven't been a babysitter before and it's gonna be a cool expirence for me. I hope the kids will like me. Cross my fingers. Ill try my best to keep you updated. Later!

Teleporting through the world

Some days, I wish I had a teleporter. If I did of course have one, I would travel all over the world. My first stop would be Atlanta,Georiga. I would go there because of THE WALKING DEAD! My second stop would be Florida. There is so many great things there. I would want to go see the ocean and of course go to DISNEY! Disney is a magical place filled with magical things! I was young when I went but it was the best time of my life!
It will be jonathons first time an he is already scared of flying thanks to me. LOL. I can't wait to go. I wish it was already December! Just the thought of Disney gives me thrills! I hope that it will be a fun experience for Jonathan, Aaron, and Dave.

More to come

Please excuse my absence but I had other things to take care of. The planning for our trip in December is still going on. I have found out that I love to write stories. I got a red notebook and just started brainstorming stories. I'm more into the mysteries and murder stories, the ones that hook you. I am writing about a girl who is kidnapped by her father. Her and her friend must fight their way out after a shooting took place at her school.
I have not finished it yet. I'm only on chapter eight but if you start reading it I'm absolutely sure that it will drag you in. I have spent the morning watching movies and chasing our dog peanut around our yard and down the road. My grandparents got back from Arizona last week. We went to go see them and got gifts and talked about what we did while they were away. But let me tell you, they have not changed one bit. Except for grandpas tan line around his eyes. Hope more good things come along the bumpy road!

Some Stuff

As im sitting here, I am soooooooo board! Cate is with me and she is being so crazy, I cant even think. We have been watching hansel and grettle for the past three hours. Her mom made goulash today....... oh my god, her mom makes the best goulash ever! I want more but I don't know if I can. We have been planning our Disney trip over the past few weeks. Mom watched a lot of Disney tours on TV. They were so nice, I am still trying to decide which one I would like to go to. Either ones fine, they both have their advantages!

Something More

I know I haven't written anything in a long time but here is what happened this week:
Monday was the new beginning of the trimester. I was not told that I had to switch classes until that morning. It was confusing because I was so use to going to other classes at other hours. Last night Jonathan started throwing up. He continued for a few hours. The next morning I woke up around 5:00  an checked the website to see if school was canceled. It's wasn't but she decided to let us stay home because of the roads. Valentines day is coming up an I want to get my boyfriend something special since he has always been nice to me. And also because I feel bad when someone gets me something and I don't give them anything. I hope that mom will go to the store with me this Monday because I saw the most wonderful thing. (And it will fit in his locker.) hope you all have a good rest of the week.

Here Comes The Cold Water

Today me and mom are dying our hair. She put the due in, waited 15 minutes and then froze her head! Jacob took a hot shower before be we did it! I am hoping it warms up when I have to rinse my hair! We are going to johnathons basketball game around 6 and won't get back until around 7! I hope the day goes well

A Little Bit More

We had no school most of the week, I missed Thursday because I wasn't feeling good! I worked on my book alittle bit more! The other day I asked my mom if I was writing above my level. She said that it was good, but I think I'm writing above my level just alittle bit. Nothing much has been happening this week. I finally gave my mom my Christmas present I ha made her! It is a metal rose! She was so happy when she saw it! I don't know where we are going to put it cause the stem is about 2 feet long! Still haven't got a chance to give my step mom Kristy her gift yet! My dad keeps telling me that I was the one that made it for her when he really did all of the work! Hope to have some interesting things happen next week!

Good News

We have had a lot o snowfall! At least I can sleep in! Today I got on the rail of the porch and jumped into a big snow pile! Other then the fact that got snow up my pant legs and froze out there, it was pretty fun😁❄⛄! I was also workinon my book that I am writing right now! It is a adventure book! But this is what I have so far:

                 Chapter 1

As we pulled up into the house, I had an uneasy feeling. Just the outside of the house made me feel sick. The paint was flaking off, broken windows, and the yard was covered in grass up to my knees. I could tell that no one has lived in this house for years!

"Hey Jared". My mother said. I didn't bother to answer her. I was mad because we had to move from Austin, Texas to whatever this place is.

"Jared, baby please answer me."

Even though I'm twelve years old, my mother still calls me a baby.

"Fine then, you win I have to go unpack. Are you at least coming in the house?"

I shake my head yes, then I open the door to get out. As I walk through the doorway, It feels like something doesn't want me in the house. A cold breeze runs down my spine and makes me shiver. I walk up the stairs to my room. As I begin to unpack I hear something fall above my head. I walk  out of my room into the hallway. I open the little hatch that leads to the attic and a flight of stairs drops down next to my feet. One by one I climb the ladder up to the attic. I peek my head up only to see a small window above a black bump on the floor. When I get all the way up into the attic, I see the black bump move! As I near it, it moves away farther and farther. I go to lift the cover and a head pops out and then a whole body stands up. I was so scared I couldn't move. It brings up its rotten flesh covered  hand and it points directly at me and says:

" you shouldn't be here. Get out and don't ever come back! " 

I tried to run but stumbled and fell to the floor. I quickly got up and climbed down the ladder as fast as I could. As I reached the second to last step I jumped and fell on the floor. My mom and sister came running up the stairs. Down the hall I lay on the floor staring up at the attic.

"Oh my god Jared are you ok!" Said my mom, her voice shaking. 

I look up at her and say:

" Something's in the attic!"

                         Chapter 2

She has an expression on her face that tells me that she doesn't believe me. "Go look!" I tell her. She popped her head up in the attic. "Nothing's up here Jared, it was probably your imagination!" "You just can't see it, there was a dead woman right there!" I yelled at her!"That's it." My mother yelled at me."Now your talking crazy!"

"No I'm not, I swear."I yelled back. "I saw something in the attic. It was a women. She stood up and told me to get out of the house!"

"'Jared, honey you are just exhausted from the trip. Go get some rest."

"No, I know what I saw, I don't need sleep, I need to find out what that thing was."

That evening I began to do some research on the house. I found a site that had some information about the house and the people. This is what it said: "There was a woman that lived in the house twenty years ago. Her name was Elizabeth Mcfallen. When she was a kid, she got bullied so badly that she ran away from home. She moved into this house two years after she had ran away. As the years went by, she could hardly show her face outside of her home. That night she committed suicide.Thunder cracked the sky, and lighting made the sky flicker. She went up to the attic, tied a rope onto a pole and hung herself. No one ever saw her again. Some people had come in a year after her death to remove her belongings. They said they saw a being up in the attic that looked like her. They weren't sure what it was. But no one ever lived in the house!

Soon after, the police shut the place down so no one would come in and steal anything."

After I had read the report, it felt like something was in the room. The door slammed shut and everything went dark. I quickly grabbed my flashlight from the drawer under my computer.

I felt something breathing on the back of my neck. It was cold and slow. 

"Hello, is someone there?" I asked not knowing if it was just my imagination again. I hear a moan come from the dark corner on the other side of my room."

"I know what happened to you Elizabeth. I want to help you find your way home."I said not knowing if she was really in the room. It started to move. Then slowly it walked out. I was terrified. I leaned back In my chair so far that it fell backwards.

"Who is this Elizabeth girl?" Anna said.

"What are you doing in here Anna? You know your suppose to knock!"

"I know but I didn't feel like it. So now it's your turn to start talking, who is Elizabeth?" My sister said.

"Well I've been doing research on the house and I found out that she died up in the attic. She had hung herself, and I think her ghost is still lurking in the dark corners!"

                        Chapter 3

"No way.No one died in our house, your lying." my sister said her voice shaking.

"I swear I'm not lying. Here look at this:

Elizabeth Mcfallen committed suicide after being bullied for years. Reporters say that she had hung herself up in the attic of her two story home. Some construction men had seen her ghost, but they weren't sure. Anna slowly scrolled down so she could see the picture the men had described to the police then she bolted out the door.

"I'm going to tell mom!" She said running down the stairs. I started running after her.

As I reached the bottom I could hear my sister telling my mom. I walked out and she stairs at me.

"Why did you search her? You should have never done that." My mother walked out of the room and my sister turns to me and says: " what were you thinking searching that woman." 

"I'm sorry blabber mouth, I'm not the one that had to tell mom!" I said yelling at her.

"Well then you shouldn't of told me." She said stuttering.

I walk out of the room and go back to my computer and wait. I wait for the old wooden floor to start creaking. I wait for Elizabeth.

Chapter 4

The floor creaked in many places! I didn't know where she might have been. I stopped waiting after awhile. I went down stairs to where my mom and sister were sitting on the couch. 

"Hey Jared, what were you doing upstairs?"

"Nothing. Just hanging out I guess." 

" Well then why don't you go outside, it's nice and sunny out today." "No, I'd rather stay inside! Why did you yell at me for searching Elizabeth?" I asked unsure what she might do to me!

She sighed. "When I was a little girl, I knew Elizabeth. I bullied her with a lot of other kids!" "Oh my god, you helped in a murder!" "No, it's just that I didn't know what else to do! If I didn't join in all the others would have done the same to me!" My mother said bowing her head in shame! "I do believe you! I believe that she is in this house and that she wants to hurt or even kill me!"

Shocked I ran up to my room! Hurt I lay on my bed crying myself to sleep!

The Weather Outside Is FRIGHTFUL

Today I had a Christmas celebration with my grandparents! We shoveled a lot of snow, at a lot of good food, and had some snow wars! But, as we were leaving, the car got stuck! The snow is so high and so thick that even in 4-wheel drive, we couldn't get out! Eventually we got out by using plié wood, but when we got on the road, we couldn't see a darn thing! We made it home safe, but the next challenge is to get to moms later tonight! I hope you all get home safe! Hope we don't have any school!
